Inspired by local dishes from the Middle East and dishes that were brought back from Jewish people from all over the world, the Israeli cuisine, also called - Jewish fusion cuisine - is a wild mix of many cultures, tastes, colours & a bit of Chuzpe.. just like the Israeli People.

We love to share food! The coming together and interaction with your loved ones around the dining table full of delicious food is an institution in Israel. Combined with the Spanish way of sharing tapas, it is a great way to experience a manifold and elevated culinary experience.

In this Pop-Up dinner series, we will bring you a weekly changing tapas menu from our wide variety of fusion cuisine, cooked from organic & fresh ingredients, adapted to the seasonal and local supply.

Savoy cabbage steak - baked in a sauce of grilled cherry tomatoes & tahini

Organic minced beef meatballs with spinach, thyme & pine nut, in a white wine lemon sauce.

Babka - spelt yeast dough filled with spring onions & chilli, served with tomato butter
